How do I book a trip with Cozy Cottages Travel?

Booking with us is simple! Just reach out through our website or give us a call, and one of our travel experts will assist you in creating your dream itinerary.

Will I pay more if I book through an agent?

Our fees are transparent. In many cases, you save more than you spend. We can work within your budget, and we always focus on making sure that you get a solid value in return for our fees.

If you are looking for an Independent Custom Trip, there is a trip planning fee that is charged to the client. This fee covers all the research, travel itinerary, reservations, bookings, etc. An Independent Custom Trip is the perfect way to explore areas off the beaten path and more options than a set tour on a motor coach.

Do you book group travel?

Yes! Do you have an upcoming conference for your business, family reunion, mutli-generational family vacation, school trip? We can handle the details and ensure that you have access to group seating, entrances, and discounts.

Why do you ask for my full name and birth dates?

When a travel agent has found the perfect flights for your vacation, the only way to lock in that reservation in the airline's system is by typing in your full legal name and birth date. If your name is incorrect for any reason, the client will have to rebook their ticket at that day's price. This information is kept inside our database for your trip. It is never given out for any type of marketing.

Why should I use a travel agent?

Even in the age of online booking, travel agents are a great source of information and discounts. A travel agent can make sure that your trip is tailored to you, assist you in case of unexpected problems, and help you anticipate potential issues in advance.
